Refund Policy for Youth Tackle Football Program Registration Payments

At SAYAA, we understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide fair and flexible options for our participants. Please review our refund policy for registration payments for the youth tackle football/cheer programs:

   • Refunds are available upon request within a specified period after registration.
   • The eligibility period for refunds will be communicated during the registration process and on our website. End date for registration refunds is May 18th

   • To request a refund, participants or their guardians must submit a written request to our administrative team via email or in person.
   • The request must include the participant's name, registration details, and reason for the refund.

   • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of the refund request.
   • The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration unless otherwise requested.
